The team at Koramic, a major real estate player from Kortrijk, told March Companion Guillaume Polfliet that they had a warehouse with office for rent at the Ter Doenaert industrial site, on the Doenaertstraat in Kortrijk. It was a 483 m² warehouse with a 75 m² office that would be vacated and for which a new tenant therefore had to be found.

Using the March database and his own experience, Guillaume was able to estimate that this property would be an excellent opportunity for Cominotto, a great company that installs quality stairs. Cominotto was originally from Turnhout, but was looking for a branch in Kortrijk. Guillaume immediately convinced Cominotto to schedule a visit, after which Cominotto almost immediately informed them that this warehouse was the perfect option for them.

The preparation of the lease agreement went smoothly. Guillaume was therefore able to have the rental agreement signed securely and in a structured way in record time. For example, the property could be rented out even before the property was created an online ad. This, of course, much to the satisfaction of Koramic, the owner.
