The transaction started with an initial contact between Guillaume and Steven, who works at Eanox and was looking for a location for a new company Eanox wanted to set up.
The first warehouse that Guillaume visited with Steven and his team did not fully meet Eanox's needs. Guillaume quickly realized that a more focused consultation was needed to better understand Eanox's specific needs. He then organized targeted visits to warehouse spaces that better suited the company's requirements.
During these visits with Eanox, there was a click with a business building in the Groenedreef in Kruisem. Although the building had a lot of potential, certain adjustments were needed to make it suitable for Eanox's activities. Guillaume saw this as an opportunity to add value and immediately set to work to organize a constructive meeting between Eanox and the landlord Beaulieu International Group in order to reach an agreement between the two.
Through his expertise and ability to reconcile the interests of both parties, Guillaume was able to find an appropriate solution that satisfied both Eanox and Beaulieu International Group. After intensive negotiations, an agreement was reached between the two parties, arranging the necessary adjustments to the building and allowing Eanox to continue working at this location.
