Ferry Cars, a family business with a rich history since 1927, specializes in passenger transport and operates as a private operator for VVM De Lijn and SRWT TEC. When Ferry Cars recently won a new tender to operate a bus line in Tielt, there was an acute need for a suitable business location in the region. These lots will soon be home to a fully equipped 432 m² warehouse with an adjacent 144 m² office, as well as a spacious 6,150 m² paved area that perfectly meets the specific needs of the passenger transport company. This infrastructure offers Ferry Cars exactly what it needs to operate efficiently and future-oriented.

This investment highlights Ferry Cars' strategic vision to use sustainable and optimally located corporate real estate solutions. With a scheduled delivery in the third quarter of 2025, Ferry Cars will be well equipped to effectively operate their new transport line.
