Michaël Despriet, COO at March, received an interesting assignment in early 2024: he was contacted by Arnold Vandromme, representative of Hite Europe.
Hite Europe is a subsidiary of Shanghai Hite Control, a Chinese company specializing in renewable energy. In 2023, Hite Europe was launched and they started selling batteries from Tielt, mainly specializing in industrial batteries. To further accelerate their activities and strengthen their market position, Hite Europe was looking for a modern office with sufficient parking spaces and, above all, with a lot of visibility in the Kortrijk — Waregem region.
March accepted the challenge and quickly found a suitable solution along the E17 in Deerlijk. It was a modern office building with a striking location, ideal for a company that wanted to grow and create more visibility. The building, as shown in the attached photos, offers office space for about 20 employees on the third floor, with an enormous visibility along the E17.
