March Companion Renée van Turenhout contacted Science at Work, a staffing & recruitment company specializing in scientific profiles, for a business space in November 2021, after which the search query was further concretized.

Science at Work is a rapidly growing company that had very specific requirements in terms of location for their new office. Renée and the March team set to work on the search question, and elaborated on it with information from our data and the Navigators and Companions' market knowledge.

When Renée proposed the office in the “Franklin Building” on the Posthoflei in Berchem that was for rent, Science at Work thought it was a bit on the big side at first. By thinking together about the future of the company and the right layout and design of the office, Science at Work was convinced that this was a good fit.

Then, together with Science at Work and owner All Yield, Renée looked for a lease that brought mutual security and took into account the future growth of Science at Work.

The March team also ensured that all administrative obligations, such as identification of the parties and UBO statements, were arranged in a timely and correct manner.

This resulted in a very fast transaction process, which could be completed in early 2022, after which Science at Work was able to move on May 1, 2022.
