A visit was scheduled, after which Vindevogel's architect was already able to make a first drawing of a possible building on the site. When the options became clearer, an agreement was also reached with the owner about the price during a number of meetings. Thanks to the professional and targeted approach of Laurens and the March team, the owner, Vindevogel and Integra, were able to complete the transaction within a short period of time. After the purchase, Vindevogel plans to apply for the permit on the site, with the intention to be operational within 2 years.
